Corrupted file prevents me from opening Quicken

I created a file under the Home file called Main Page. For some reason whenever I open this file it hangs up the program and I just get a turning ball. In the past I've just avoided this main page. Unfortunately, with the last update, which I did today, Quicken opens with this Main Page - and it can't get beyond it. I just have a spinning pinwheel and can't use Quicken. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? I have a MacBook Pro but am running Quicken on Parallels (version 26.2) with Windows 11.

Huh? I have never known a capability in Quicken to create a file inside another file in Quicken for Windows.

Please explain further.
