Has the problem with Chase Adding accounts been fixed - MAC Quicken

Trying to buff my data for tax season and noticed a Chase credit card left off my list. Went through the procedure on my MAC, the attempt to log into to the Chase account was difficult and probably faulty for the time it took to get rid of a Field of Blue and slow/inactive log-in to Chase. Quicken support is down for the holiday.

This is the first time in the 30+ years of using Quicken that I've had such a fail.

    Thank you for letting us know you encountered this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. What happened when you attempted to connect the account? It sounds like the webpage was extremely slow to load. What happened after that? Did it claim you successfully authorized? If not, were there any error messages? What happened in your Quicken? Does the same thing happen every time you attempt to connect the account? Which web browser is currently set as your default? Have you paused any browser extensions, such as ad blockers and pop up blockers? Have you tried temporarily setting a different browser as the default?
