I've signed up for the email digest to be delivered weekly. This was several weeks ago and I've yet to receive a digest. Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for reaching out! The email digest should be sent to the email associated with your Quicken Community account. If you're not seeing it arrive in your inbox, you may want to check the junk or spam folders, in case it's getting redirected there.

The e-mail associated with my Quicken Community account is correct and I've checked the junk and spam folder. No weekly digest is being received. I do, however, receive e-mail notices when something is posted to a flagged discussion item so I don't believe I'm missing anything.

It's possible that the email is being blocked or filtered out by your email service provider. Have you tried white-listing noreply@quicken.com?

I suppose it’s possible, but those type of messages would normally go directly to the Junk folder. I’ll try white-listing the email address. BTW, is there a particular day the Weekly Digest is sent out?

I've added 'noreply@quicken.com' to my safe e-mail list. I'll monitor to see if it works.
