In regards to your ONGOING! 12/15/25 Multiple financial institutions - CC-501 / CP_SERVER_ERROR / request-body-field post, would you please add Victory Capital (vcm.com) to your list of institutions? I get the "CC-511, Oops. We're having a problem" error.

    Thank you for reporting the issue you are seeing when trying to connect to Victory Capital.

    The CC-511 error that you are receiving it different than the errors described in the alert you mentioned. CC-511 occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information.

    Please wait 24 hours, and if you are still receiving the error, contact Quicken Support directly. They will be able to investigate further and process an escalation if needed.
