Cannot update
I cannot update my accounts with CIBC or BMO. It locks up and I have to use the task manager to close the window. It's been several days at this point.

Please clarify: Are you having this issue with Quicken Classic Canada (the software that is saved on and operates on your local drive) or are you having this issue with Quicken on the Web which is a companion app to Quicken Classic that is accessed via an Internet browser?
