Suggestion: Popup windows stay within frame of the application

Currently, the way Quicken uses pop-ups is to center horizontally and vertically on the screen. I run multiple windows all the time and it is always blocking my windows. Suggest that the pop-up be constrained within the center of the active application window as opposed to the entire screen.
