Biller List Update

Has there been any progress with enlarging the biller list?

Every one of the 4 billers that I downloaded before the switch are not on the list.

Kinda unusable feature, if you get my drift.

    Thank you for asking this question, and I am sorry to hear that some billers you previously used are not currently supported.

    The list of supported billers is constantly changing and being updated. That being said, that doesn't necessarily mean that all billers you previously connected to will be supported now. We have no guarantee they will be added. Ultimately, this decision is up to the biller.

    If you want to be able to pay these billers from Quicken in the future, you should reach out to the biller directly to make this request.

    would you mind giving us the names of these billers, for reference?

    Until Quicken and the new service provider they had to migrate to can iron out the wrinkles, I recommend falling back to a known good process that has been around for decades. Not all of the previously available functions are available at this time.
    Please consider this alternative

    Have you ever tried contacted a biller and asking them to request they have to request being on the Quicken biller list?

    In most cases it is some poor person in a CS department that has no idea what you are talking about.

    I will go through the routine again but this doesn't give me much hope.

    And thanks for the suggestion. I am already doing those things you suggest, but it has has been almost 6 months of the "better" system and I hate losing functionality.

    I was really just trying to find out if there has actually been any progress, and from my vantage point, I have not seen a sign.
