Is there a known issue with Associated Bank accounts receiving a CC-501 error? I went through the recommended steps but I continue to have issues connecting and updating my Associated Bank accounts.

Hello @GTownDJP,
Thanks for reaching out.
A CC-501 error generally indicates a temporary block or connection issue on the financial institution’s side, meaning Quicken is unable to retrieve updated transaction data from the bank. These errors often display as “It’s not your fault” messages and are not caused by anything wrong with your data file or setup.
Recommended next steps
- Wait 24 hours from your last connection attempt.
- After 24 hours, try updating again using One Step Update.
- If the error still persists after waiting, you’ll need to contact Quicken Support directly so an agent can review your logs and determine whether escalation is needed.
You can find the full support article here for reference.
Thank you!
