Lincoln Financial erroneously displays balance as $0.00

I stepped away from Quicken for a while and recently renewed my QM subscription only to find this issue with Lincoln Financial has not been resolved.

When a new account is set up using the "Lincoln Financial - Retd Services" Quicken Connect FI, the balance is imported/downloaded and displayed correctly during the initial setup but subsequent transaction updates still display the balance as $0.00.

This problem is a simple mapping issue and it should have been resolved years ago by Quicken or Intuit. Please get this fixed or remove the FI because it does not work!

@Kristina - "logs and screenshots" of the issue: have been provided in several cases - the most recent being February of last year. Same problem, different year.

Insanity is often referred to as "repeating the same task over and over expecting a different outcome."
