SSA checks are issued on the 4th week of the date you start receiving. Every 4 weeks does not work… any the dates are off.

Or just allow for custom frequencies?

I don't understand what you're saying you need that doesn't exist.

Social Security checks are generally deposited based on your birthdate: the second Wednesday (birthdays 1st-10th), third Wednesday (birthdays 11th-20th), or fourth Wednesday (birthdays 21st-31st). (Those who started collecting before more ethan 29 years ago get payments on the 1st or 3rd of each month, depending on whether they receive just Social Security or also SSI.)

Scheduling a transaction in Quicken Mac can handle all the possibilities. You can schedule "the 4th Wednesday of a month" rather than "every weeks on Wednesday":

Or is there something else you're looking for which you can't be done with the current scheduling parameters?

There are only a few things which can't be done that I'm aware of. One is specifying twice-monthly payments based on day-of-week rather than date (e.g. you can do payments on the 1st and 15th of a month, but not the first and third Monday of a month). And you can't schedule based on weekday versus weekend (e.g. "last weekday each month").
