    I recently started experiencing the same issue with PNC Direct connect. Had original problem back in November due to PNC upgrade and it was eventually fixed. But this has re-appeared in last week. Running version 8.4.1 Quicken for Mac.

    Thank you for letting us know you're also still encountering issues with PNC Direct Connect. I forwarded this issue to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution. Please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached. Please also include at least 3 sample transactions which should have downloaded into Quicken, but have not, and are not in your Quicken file at all (not even manually entered).

    This same problem exists for me since mid november. I would really like to see a resolution. I can't seem to get anywhere with PNC support either. Inadvertantly I set up the account with Express Web Connect and then transactions downloaded, but it's my understanding that Direct Connect should be used with PNC for bill pay. Can I get clarification on Direct Connect vs Web Connect with PNC?

    Hello,

    I just tried connecting again today. First time, I received a failed connection error (same as previous). I then changed the download settings from Download All to Download Starting with today's date. I'm not sure if that change had any relevance, but the next connection was successful. Subsequent updates have been working. There were a few missing transactions from the earlier period, but the newer, recent transactions downloaded as expected. I'll post again if any further issues.
