Web Connect or Express Web Connect?
Web Connect is you downloading from the FI website manually.
Express Web Connect is using One Step Update to get the transactions downloaded.
The method will determine the answer you get.
Express Web connect. It only started requiring account resets a few days ago.
It magically started working again.
