how to delete erroneous unaccepted TIAA downloads

Quicken Premier fully patched Ver R65.79, Build 27.1.65.29 on W11. After converting Trad Annuity to Transfer Payout Annuity, I configured OSU to download transactions from TIAA (two 403 b accounts: TD Plan and TDA Plan, both holding this annuity). Download produced spurious "sale" transactions labeled as "Transfer to Payout Annuity" that are totally incorrect - the numbers are wrong and even exceed the existing balances. They are sitting as unaccepted downloads. How do I get rid of them? The only option is to "accept." No option to delete or refuse. Trying to "accept" and then void transaction, the entry goes haywire - warns of "short sale." So I did the necessary "adjust share balance" entries manually to agree with TIAA cn line balances but the spurious entries are still in the downloaded transaction list.

    There should be an Edit button to the right of the Accept button. Is your window not wide enough that it is unseen - need to use the scroll bar?

    The edit button should offer a delete option.
