I usually leave Quicken open, but had to restart computer. When I reopened Quicken, it told me I had to log out and back in. I logged out. And now I can't log in. The first form accepts my email address and then I get a loading spinner that just spins and spins and spins. It never asks for the password. I tried a back up file and same thing. I can see my data for a moment, but then log in screen completely block access.
I'm completely locked out of my own data. Now what?
