    You can add me to the list of CUSTOMERS having the same problem. I added that emphasis because- while I get that the problem my require Merrill to solve- this is YOUR problem, because this doesn't happen with other services and you will lose this 30yr customer if you don't get it resolved soon.

    I too am having issues with the downloads. I have three accounts with ML and all three have issues for the months November and December.
