R65.29 Quicken Classic Premier upcoming bills not updating

I am using R65.29 Quicken Classic Premier and now after the update to the way Quicken connect to the banks (new way based on Quicken) the bills are not updating, the bills are showing "Awaiting next bill". It was working fine before. I already tried: Review and Repairs Online Billers, restoring from backups, removing and adding the bills. I am paying for the "Bill Manager Standard".

I need help with this asap. [Removed - Profanity]

    What you’re running into is a known issue that’s already been escalated internally. At this time, there’s no ETA for a fix, but the teams are actively working on it.

    To aid the investigation, please submit your log files from within Quicken:
    Help > Report a Problem

    Be sure to include:

    • Log files
    • A screenshot of the issue
    • A sanitized data file
    • A short description mentioning bills stuck on “Awaiting next bill”
    • Reference CTP-15189 in the description

    You won’t receive a direct reply from the submission, but the logs are helpful for the engineering team’s investigation.

    Checking in once more before this thread is closed.

    We see that a Problem Report was submitted under a different issue (unable to add attachments), which is being tracked under CTP-16051. We’ve attached your submitted details and files to that ticket.

    If you’re still experiencing the issue described in this thread, we can also use those same logs and attach them to the investigation for this issue (CTP-15189).

    Please let us know whether the “Awaiting next bill” issue is still ongoing for you.
