The original post on the subject issue was closed back in December 2025.

We were referred to Quicken support but they have been unable to help. As a matter of fact the latest update Quicken Support has on this issue is from November 2025. Given that this is still an on going issue why was the original post closed?

I am still experiencing this issue and there seems to be no interest or priority in resolving it or at least it appears that way. According to Quicken Support others are still experiencing it too.

    The Community is a forum where users help each other and there are a handful of moderators like myself who can do some troubleshooting with you. Posts on the Community are not the same as contacting Quicken Support. A post is not a trouble ticket and will get closed when it has been inactive for about a month, even if the issue is not resolved.
