Problem downloading from banking institutions

With the most recent two Quicken updates, I am no longer able to download transactions from any banking institution into Quicken. I receive a message stating "Please wait while Windows configures Quicken", then receive errors "There are Quicken components currently open and cannot be uninstalled. Please close Quicken and try uninstalling again" and then another error stating "User canceled installation." Has anyone else seen this? I've tried to reach out to support and can't connect with anyone. I need to be able to download transactions as I have hundreds each month and can't possibly enter them all manually.
