I am using Quicken Deluxe Version R65.29 on Windows and every time I download from Fidelity I get the blue dot indicating a downloaded transaction. But when I look there is nothing to accept. This has been going on for years. I bring this up now because I want to close (in Quicken) my deceased wife's IRA but Quicken tells me that it can't be done because there are transactions to review.
The account has been closed at Fidelity, as far as they are concerned it does not exist.
