Budget - put in annual amount for recurring expenses and choose interval from a dropdown [Edited]

I am looking for a simple way to type in my annual budget. Some categories are monthly, and some, like insurance, are annual, and others have various intervals.

I would like to put in the annual amount and be able to chose how to break it out with a quick drop down menu.

It is quite labor intensive the way I am doing that now.
