I tried to renew my expired subscription but could not so I created a new account but can't log into the new account or the old account. I may have created 3 accounts and now it is corrupted all 3 so I can't log in. I would like to delete all 3 and staart fresh but can't get it done.

I believe your best bet is to contact Quicken Support directly.

    Hello @doodad80,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, I looked up your accounts. It appears that you did successfully renew your subscription on your original Quicken ID (the email associated with your Quicken account). The two new Quicken IDs you created today do not have any subscriptions associated with them.

I can see that you've had multiple failed login attempts. For security reasons, it is likely that the account is temporarily locked. Please stop attempting to login and wait a few hours. Then, reset your Quicken password by following these instructions from our article on resetting your Quicken password:

To reset your Quicken ID Password

    1. On the Quicken ID login screen, click Forgot your password? below the Sign In button.
    2. Enter your Quicken ID, then click Send Code.
    3. Next, enter the 6-digit verification code.
    4. Enter a new password. Then click Change Password.

    The password requirements are:

    • 8 character minimum.
    • Must contain one lower case letter and one capital letter.
    • Must contain at least one number.
    • Special characters are allowed but not required.

Once returned to the Sign-in screen, enter the new password.

If you run into any issues resetting your password or getting logged in (after following the steps above), please follow the steps in this article https://www.quicken.com/support/im-having-password-problems-quicken-windows/#section-windows-1 , or call Quicken Support directly for assistance, as @UserDavidC recommended. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

    I hope this helps!
