Edward Jones CD's intermittently showing up

I use "Simple Investing" with my investments as I see no point in recording all of the transactions. I have CD's in my IRA. I also have mutual funds. Have had them for a while. At some point, way after the purchase, they disappeared in Quicken, but when I log onto the EJ website, they are there. No activity.

So I set up a separate manual account in Quicken to track them. Everything good, right?

Wrong! About every other or third day, one will pop up in the Quicken list of securities held in my EJ account on Quicken. In another EJ account a CD will pop up there, too. These are all CD's that I hold, but why do they pop up some days and not others? Why is it not all of the CD's? Only some.

Support has offered solutions - deactivate and reactivate. It will show that Complete View is available but EJ does not support Complete View so you will not be able to see the transactions, but you will be able to see that Complete View is available. Huh?

I pointed out to support that their solution would not solve the problem but they keep repeating that it will show that Complete View would be an option if EJ did Complete View.

Have been looking for a solution for many months. I have reached out to EJ. Nope!

Update. Have talked to EJ support. They want me to get Quicken to start a ticket. I will try.
