Any news regarding downloading and updating US Bank online service ?

I have been trying to update my transactions and activities with US Bank online banking but Quicken not responding. Its been 2 months now. Is there any other way to fix these ?

    I download from USB (2 checking accts & a credit card) 6 days a week, without problem … so we're going to need some specifics about your issue.

    SO;

    Which Q product are you running, and what BUILD of that product? This info is at HELP, About Quicken.
    What type(s) of accounts are you trying to download?
    When you try to download, are you receiving any error codes or messages?
    When you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns adjacent to each of your USB accounts?

    Also, is this occurring in your Beta product (in which case is shouldn't be reported here, but in the Beta forum)?
