tracking Employee Credit Cards
we have a master account that bills us for all of the employee credit card accounts, how can I track the individual expenditures?

Well, since there's no such thing, in Q, as 'sub-accounts', you might look into using a different TAG for each employee.
I think that would be simpler that creating a multiple categories with sub-cats for each employee as that would require an "John Doe" sub-cat for each main category
