Fidelity/Discover Requiring Reauthorization
Both Fidelity and Discover are requiring reauthorization today. No issues up through yesterday.
Firstly, strange that they both wanted reauth at the same time.
Secondly, Discover worked fine, but Fidelity is not.
Anyone having this issue?
The fix was to deactivate all three of my Fidelity accounts, then re-add and link to the existing. They would not reauthorize through the Quicken reauth process.

Hello @MSStateDawg,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
I agree, it does seem a little strange that both would need to be reauthorized at the same time.
The fix you shared may be helpful to others experiencing the same or similar issues in the future.
Thanks again!

You're welcome. I thought I'd described everything succinctly. I'm a tad butthurt that my post had to be "edited for readability". I'll go cry in the corner now with my support hamster. 😄

Here today to report that my Discover Bank accounts are all "reauthorized" on the Discover side, but Quicken repeatedly returns "Sorry, the sign in failed due to a time out or a connection error." In the past, repeating the process would usually work.
Just chiming in to let @Quicken Alyssa know that deactivating/reactivating, when you have many accounts at an institution, is a real PITA, and it'd be great if the Quicken side of reauthorization would work.

Hello @EmKay,
Thank you for adding to this discussion.
We are aware that some users are experiencing this issue with Discover. Their servers are a bit overloaded with the migration. Right now, the number of customers able to migrate has been throttled at 50% to reduce negative impact.
The throttle is why you are seeing the failure. Not to worry, it is only temporary. I would try again in a few days or next week.
Additionally, you can see the alert for the migration here.
Hope this helps!
