Citibank credit cards husband and wife's - will only work with one or the other
Quicken user for 25 years and also a CPA.
For a while Citibank permitted both my wife's 2 Citibank credit card accounts and my Citibank credit card to login under one user account. They stopped that perhaps 6 months ago. Since then, I can only link either hers or mine but not both.
Quicken chat asked me to deactivate both accounts, close quicken then reopen Quicken and add both. Same issue. Anybody have a solution?
Thanks!

As I understand it, you have 2 Citibank cards which have different account numbers and different login info.
Do you get one statement or 2?
And, WHY can you not set up both cards in Q, each with their own login info and then download into both? What exactly happens? What messages or codes?
I have multiple cards from Chase, both Mastercards but with different sponsoring companies … and download into both without issue. I'm not understanding why your situation is that different.
My wife also has a card from Barclay's, that's a 2nd to my card but with a different card number. Since we get a single statement (sub-totaled by card) I can download txn for both cards into a single card account in Q.
