Lately, I have had two main issues with Quicken:
One issue is that regular online updates don't work because the dialog says that the the quickenPatch.exe update program isn't there or doesn't exist and it points right at. That file does exist and if I double click it it says that the file doesn't exist! I have downloaded the file and done manual updates for the last two Quicken updates.
The current issue is that the latest Quicken update rendered downloading transactions inoperable. That is, if I click on a downloaded transaction, and I click on the accept button, then the cursor immediately moves to the date field on that line as if I wanted to edit the date. Clicking Accept again or clicking on the little diskette icon on the transaction line does nothing. I have several transactions now downloaded that I am unable to post into the register.
