Link to LL Bean Mastercard works online but not on Quicken
I could finally access my LL Bean Mastercard account after I realized the old link was changed. I cannot access the account through Quicken as it takes me to the old site. I've attached screen shots and the new link that should help to fix this problem, I hope.
I initiate activating "Set up transaction download". (first screen shot)
This takes me to the L.L. Bean Citi card site where my password is not accepted. (second screen shot)
If I go directly to the L.L. Bean Citi card site with the new link (as seen in the screen shot), I get in with no problem. (third screen shot)
Sure hope you can fix the problem.

If the financial institution has changed its website URL, it will require them to submit a request to have it updated within Quicken. Unfortunately, Quicken is unable to manually change the login or homepage URL on our end.
