Russell 2000 Value ETF (IWN) before markets open up ~35%

For the past couple of days, when I update accounts around 7AM CST, IWN shows a large increase in quote. It appears to reset after market close. Any ideas? Quicken Windows Premier, newest version, Wealthscape login.

For further assistance with this issue, I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly since they have access to tools we can't access on the Community and they're able to escalate the issue as needed.
