The FDP‑101 error you’re seeing when trying to log in to Logix occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information. This can happen if the bank is temporarily blocking access, or if there’s an issue on their end.
Recommended steps:
- Wait 24 hours and try logging in again.
- If the error persists after 24 hours, please contact Quicken Support for further assistance.
