Unable to download transactions from US Bank checking accounts

Have been unable to download transactions from US Bank checking accounts recently. Quicken support says that the problem is with US Bank and that they don't know when it will be fixed. The following program will allow these transactions to be imported into Quicken:

I have had this program for many years - looks like it has gone to a subscription plan only (I did the one time purchase way back when).
