Jan 15, 2026: Unable to re-connect my Discover Bank Accts

I followed the on-line instructions for Discover transition with no problem at all. However with Discover Bank the Quicken link for connecting to: does not list a URL which matches the URL have been using in the past www.discover.com/online-banking/ as a result my unique from Discover Card logon creditentials do not work.

Quicken support has raised 2 tickets to level 3 (ticket: 12175227) I am posting this so it may become a unique tag to track status for this subset of:

in the hope I can get a notification when fixed vs having to call support or hit and miss trial every few days.

    I should have been more clear…. I had not trouble with Discover CARD… which uses www.discover.com at logon URL.

    Thank you for the detailed explanation and for your patience while working through this.

    I’ve reviewed the escalation tickets associated with this issue. At this time, Discover Bank is no longer listed in our financial institution list for connection, as this instance has been removed.

    Since you’ve confirmed that Discover Card accounts are connecting successfully using www.discover.com, please continue using the Discover Card option when attempting to connect. If you are still encountering errors, please take a screenshot of the error message and reach back out to Quicken Support so they can continue assisting you.

    When contacting support, be sure to reference escalation ticket #12175336 so they can pick up where things left off.

    Capitol One now owns Discover Card financials…..we may need a new URL for Discover Card, thoughts?

    I'm also having issues connecting my Discover bank accounts. I keep getting this error:

    It lets me select my accounts, but then i get that error on the next page.
