There is a post dated 1/22/26 wherein the moderator says the issue of connecting has been resolved (Ticket #12105591). As of 12pm EST today it has NOT. This was confirmed in a 1 hour call with Quicken customer support.

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. I can see that when you contacted Support, they escalated the issue, and the escalated team is looking into it. You should receive an email from the escalated team if they need more information or when they believe the issue is resolved. Support should have provided you with the ticket number for reference. Just in case you need it, the ticket number is 12185667.
