Having exact same issue downloading transactions from Chase. Was under the impression there was a ticket open on this. Is that not the case?

Hello @JGB-DG,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. There is a known issue some customers are encountering when updating Chase accounts, but the error they encounter is different and it's happening in Quicken for Mac (FDP-105 error):
To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:
- When did you first notice this issue?
- Was there anything that happened around the same time the issue started, such as a program/computer update or an unexpected program/computer shutdown?
- Are you seeing this "insert CD ROM" error whenever you run One Step Update or when you try to import a QFX/Web Connect file?
- Does this happen only when updating your account(s) with Chase, or does this happen regardless of which financial institution you are trying to update?
I look forward to your reply!
