Just got notification that my annual subscription is increasing to $101.88 and this is a huge increase percentage wise - 21.45%. While I understand and expect price increases, this seems excessive. I am retired now and watching all my pennies!
I have been a Quicken user since 1993 but I am questioning if I am getting enough value from it to continue. I feel there have been no real meaningful improvements or innovations in the Canadian product for quite some time. It doesn't work with my Bank, my Brokerage, the investment section doesn't work with Crypto, the NEO exchange, and doesn't provide any meaningful charting or reports.
I already use a different product for my investments, so Quicken has really just become a expense tracking tool for me, albeit all manual. And I also do not use the Mobile version of Quicken as I find it does not offer much functionality.
I still have my Quicken 2007 CD, is there anyway to migrate my historical data back into Quicken 2007? Would I need to go back to the 2007 version or are there newer non subscription versions that would allow me to view my data? I don't care about entering new data if I choose to stop subscribing to Quicken.
