My ABT account was connected but the downloads were coming in with the signs reversed (payments reflected as charges). So I reset the connection but now I cannot reestablish the login. I am using the Add Account feature so no stored credentials are being used. I only get the response: "Oops. Did you mistype your login." I have tried the Synchrony Retail Bank Cards option as well, only to receive the same error message. I have verified my credentials are correct multiple times with Synchrony. The card is branded under Synchrony HOME and issued by Synchrony Bank.
