After adding one username and downloading the transactions I tried adding an additional username account and when downloaded it doesn't give me the option to add or create a new account on quicken. It only says don't add only link to existing account and that is the same account as the 1st username.

So with both Accounts, you're starting with neither Account in the file, you go through the Add Account process for the first Account, and download successfully, you repeat the Add Account process (Question: using the same Financial Institution as used with the first Account, or a different FI?) and when that process is done with the second Account, that's where you get the "LINK only" option?

Not sure what's going on here but assuming for the moment that you're using the same FI in both cases, do they have the same password, i.e., only differ by the user name? If that's the case then the first thing I might try is to change the password on that second Account so that it has a unique UserID/Password combination.
