I have been following the Optum HSA discussions concerning the Quicken connection transaction downloads with them mostly resolved on the Cash account side, but not on the investment fund side. I used Optum chat to ask about this situation and was basically advised Optum will or does not support the investments with Quicken connection nor do they offer a Quicken format download of any kind. I have attached my chat transcription for info purposes. I requested an email address to contact for further assistance in this matter and only received a phone number to call. If we want to get anywhere with this issue our only recourse is to all call and voice our request.
