Optum HSA Investment transaction download connection nonexistent

I have been following the Optum HSA discussions concerning the Quicken connection transaction downloads with them mostly resolved on the Cash account side, but not on the investment fund side. I used Optum chat to ask about this situation and was basically advised Optum will or does not support the investments with Quicken connection nor do they offer a Quicken format download of any kind. I have attached my chat transcription for info purposes. I requested an email address to contact for further assistance in this matter and only received a phone number to call. If we want to get anywhere with this issue our only recourse is to all call and voice our request.

    Hello @Loganrun,

    Thank you for sharing your experience! It is up to the financial institution to decide whether to support Quicken and what information to share. Hopefully, customer feedback will let them know that there is demand for being able to connect Investment HSA accounts in Quicken.

    In the meantime, you are still able to track the account(s) in Quicken manually by navigating to Tools>Add Account, selecting Offline Account, then selecting the appropriate account type and following the prompts.
