Two questions / complaints

1. Some time ago, I started noticing that Quicken arbitrarily resorts the order of entries in Split Transaction. I use Splits a LOT, and I always enter them in an order I prefer. When accessing a new transaction that recalls the last transaction entry, the split lines are completely rearranged. Why???
2. When are the developers finally going to fix the fact that automatically entering a decimal doesn't work in bill pay, reconciliation, and elsewhere? It works in the register, but not everywhere. This is a long-standing issue that has been there since I started using Quicken Windows years ago.
