Vanguard accounts not found when trying to reconnect

I had issues last week with Vanguard downloads - and Quicken not recognizing my accounts. I think an OL-304 error but I might be mistaken. Resetting acounts did not work today so I deactivated and reactivated. That restored the connection with 2 brokerage accounts however my wife's and my IRA accounts were 'not found' even after a deactivation and reactivation. I refreshed the sign in. What next to try?
