ONGOING 2/10/26 Discover Accounts Need to Connect to Capital One - FDP-324
A small number of customers may see the error FDP-324 when updating their Discover accounts.
This is due to a change where certain Discover accounts are now required to connect through Capital One instead of the Discover connection method.
What to do
If you receive the FDP-324 error, you’ll need to deactivate and then reactivate your account, selecting Capital One during the setup process.
Once reconnected through Capital One, your accounts should update normally.
Thank you.
