Fidelity Net Benefits lost history
Ok . . . I seem to not be able to get a straight answer from Quicken support. I've had issues with transactions on my Mac since last fall .. . the only way I corrected was to create a new account however none of the history is available .. .. it's there any way to download account history from Fidelity directly into my Fidelity Net Benefits 401K account?

Hello @GOBLUE,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. Typically, 30-60 days of history should download from Fidelity when you connect an account. If Fidelity does not offer a file in QFX/Web Connect format, then there isn't an easy way to import any additional history.
You mentioned that you had to create a new account. If the history you need is all in the old account, then backup your file, bulk-select the historical transactions you need to move, then drag and drop to copy the transactions from the old account to the new.
If there are historical transactions which aren't in your Quicken at all, it would likely be easiest to fill them in manually.
Quicken does have some limited ability to import CSV, but the file must be formatted properly, and the information would import as a new account. For information on importing CSV files, please see this article: .
I hope this helps!
