Again this morning, accounts not updating with message "unknown error".

Thank you for letting us know you're still encountering an issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:
If you haven't already done so, please make a backup of your file, deactivate the problem account(s), then reconnect the problem account(s) by navigating to Tools>Add Account, and following the prompts. On the add/link screen, make sure to carefully link the account(s) to the correct nickname in Quicken.
