This is a follow-up to an October, 2004 post re Quicken's inability to connect with this financial institution.
I am unable to activate TWO HSBC account services that Quicken has listed as available for connection. They are "HSBC Offshore Banking" and the obviously truncated "HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of M[an]"
I have followed the suggestions posted here with Profrick in October, 2024 but have not completed the account installation. After entering the account ID and password, Quicken returns the Error Code of CC-502 for the "HSBC Offshore Banking" attempt and a CC-555 for the 00"HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of M" effort.
If Quicken cannot restore this service, may I suggest it simply delete these institutions from its on-line services roster?
