Save split transactions as a percentage

With credit cards like Apple's which give back a percentage of the amount, I enter it as a split transaction, transferring to my Apple cash card account. Rather than hand entering that split for each transaction, I would like to be able to save it for further transaction from the same payee, but rather than a fixed amount for that transfer, it has to be a percentage of the total, depending on the payee.

For example, if a downloaded transaction from Walmart is $24.95, and Apple gives back 2% every time. The split would be 24.45 for food, and .50 transferred to the apple cash card. But for subsequent transaction, it cannot be a fixed amount to be used on the next Walmart transaction but a percentage of the full amount.
