I need help to resolve this. I ended up purchasing off the quicken site because the amazon code doesnt work and they wont refund it. I need help please. I paid twice for this.

You might try contacting Q Support, via the link at the top of this page … but it seems to me that your real beef is with Amazon, not Q.
BUT, out of curiosity as much as anything, why does Amazon refuse to help?
