Income reminder only showing first reminder in planning tab

Hello! I have an income reminder that suddenly stopped showing the second reminder in the planning tab. I have tried to repair the quicken file, restore an old back up that had it working, delete and enter a new reminder, change the occurrence from 15th and last day to 15th and 28th to make sure it will always have a date in every month and nothing. The planning tab will only show the projected income for the 15th which defeats the purpose of the planning tab. Does anyone have any suggestions aside from making a second income reminder for the last day of the month? I'd rather not have an extra reminder in the list when the software should be functioning normally. Thank you!!

Sometimes (not often) a Reminder can get corrupted and the only fix for it is to delete it and then set up a new one to replace it. You could back up your data file and then try doing this. If it does not resolve the issue for you then you can always restore the back up file and it will then be like it is now.

Hello, thank you for responding! I have done all of that. Deleting it and creating a new one has the same issue. Looks like I have to have two reminders?

When did this start happening? Was it after the version you are running was updated?

What version of Quicken are you running (Help > About Quicken)?

It started a few months ago and I have been trying all the fixes mentioned above since then (delete and new reminder, repair file, restore backup etc…) and all to no luck. It could have been when one of the quicken version updates happened…
