Quicken downloading Discover transactions made with Apple Pay as "Apple"

Instead of picking up the vendor/payee, which is listed correctly on the Discover website, Quicken (Mac) is downloading Discover credit card transactions made via Apple Pay as "Apple" rather than picking up the name of the vendor. This is annoying!

    Click on one of those transactions and select View > Show Inspector. At the bottom of the Inspector window, look at the Statement Payee name. This is exactly what is being sent from the financial institution to Quicken.

    If the payee name there is wrong (e.g. "Apple"), then the problem is with Discover card sending the wrong information to Quicken, and there's nothing Quicken can do to identify the correct payee. If the Payee name there is correct, then Quicken's auto-renaming server is incorrectly "improving" your downloaded payee names.
