I'm on Windows 11 and having a similar issue with my MS CashPlus account. Payroll deposited and it shows at MS but the CashPlus account doesn't update and show this transaction.

When did you first notice this issue?
Was it previously coming in correctly?
Does your Payroll deposit reflect in Quicken as a split transaction?
- If it does, do you have an income reminder for it, using the paycheck wizard?

I think I solved my issue. It may have been due to a change I made. Not 100% sure but now MS seems to be working.
