Fidelity MMF redemptions not downloading

I am using Mac Classic Deluxe version 8.4.2. I keep having problems with downloads for my Fidelity MMF, FDLXX. The redemptions (sales) from that fund are not downloading. This problem started in December, 2025. I have had to manually enter the transactions since then. The purchases on this fund download fine.

Are you aware of this problem? It looks like a Windows user in the past has had the same problem.

    Thank you for reaching out! The issue was reported when it was happening in Quicken for Windows, and the answer we got back from our teams was that it should be corrected for anything new downloading, but anything which had already downloaded would need to be manually corrected.

    Since you're still seeing this issue, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly, as they have access to tools we can't access on the Community and they're able to escalate the issue as needed.
